Global Investment and Development Company Inc. (GIAD) a business entity of ARM Global Incorporation Co Ltd is partnering with ZURIPATH BRIDGE Ltd to establish the 'African Consulting Team'(ACT)

Spearheaded by Mr. Eloba Richard an Ugandan education professional, administrator, and development executive, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zuripath Bridge Ltd. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning education, corporate administration, governance oversight, compliance, and community-focused development.

Working with Mr. Peter Etabu, Chief Financial Officer, an accomplished development leader and strategic executive with over two decades of experience shaping impactful programmes across Uganda and the wider East African region. He currently serves as Executive Director of Cheshire Services Uganda, where he provides visionary leadership, drives organisational growth, and strengthens systems that advance disability inclusion and community development.

Assisted by Mr. Chris Boswel, Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer, an Ugandan professional with multidisciplinary experience spanning aviation, healthcare sciences, corporate leadership, and humanitarian service. He is a highly motivated, dynamic, and adaptable individual with demonstrated capacity to operate effectively in demanding environments that require precision, discipline, leadership, and time management.

And finally Ms. Ajilo Maria Goretti Elogu a seasoned governance leader, development specialist, and institutional management professional with over three decades of progressive experience in public service, parliamentary oversight, human resource management, and corporate governance. She is a Founder and Board Member of a consulting and management enterprise positioned to manage and administer investment funds and fiduciary mandates in Uganda and the wider East African region.

This Africa Consulting Team (ACT) will assist in baseline oversight, management and directly reporting to our African team and CARICOM Director Jenny Tryhane and ARM Global Bahamas Director Sharmaine Adderley.

Their aim will be to review and approve appropriate humanitarian projects and initiatives that will be presented to the government at the highest level for governmental approval. All these projects will comply with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The African Consulting Team will act in an advisory position covering a variety of subjects including Sustainable Agriculture, Children's Education, Sports, Health, Nutrition, Clean Water, Reforestation etc.

Mr. Eloba Richard

CEO ZURIPATH BRIDGE Ltd

Mr. Eloba Richard is a Ugandan education professional, administrator, and development executive, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zuripath Bridge Ltd. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning education, corporate administration, governance oversight, compliance, and community-focused development. By training, Mr. Eloba holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, with specialization in science education. He has taught in several schools within Kampala, where he gained extensive experience in institutional management, performance oversight, and human capital development.
He currently serves as Co-Director of Kampala City Parents School, contributing to strategic leadership, academic governance, and operational administration.



Mr. Eloba is also a public affairs and current-affairs analyst, with demonstrated expertise in governance, public policy interpretation, and implementation monitoring, particularly in relation to government programs and service delivery at the grassroots level.

He is the Founder of Gen-Wa Development Initiative Uganda, a registered non-governmental organization focused on community empowerment, governance advocacy, leadership development, and socioeconomic inclusion. Under the same organization, he serves as Director of the SLEC Project, which implements leadership, education, and livelihood engagement programs. Additionally, Mr. Eloba is the Founder of Teso Kere Frontier, a civic accountability and development platform established to ensure that government programs, public investments, and development projects effectively reach ordinary citizens in the Teso sub-region of Uganda. Through this initiative, he has worked closely with communities, local governments, and cultural institutions to strengthen transparency and public trust.

Professionally, he works as an Administrator with the Consumer Intelligence Compliance and Recovery Bureau (CICREB), where he is involved in administrative coordination, compliance monitoring, consumer intelligence processes, and recovery frameworks—experience directly relevant to fiduciary oversight, risk awareness, and accountability. Mr. Eloba is actively engaged in capacity building and stakeholder training, working with local councils, cultural leaders, and community institutions on governance, compliance, leadership, and institutional accountability. In further strengthening his executive and fiduciary competencies, Mr. Eloba is enrolling for Corporate Management training in January, underscoring his commitment to international best practices in corporate governance, fund management, and institutional leadership.

His professional approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, compliance, and developmental impact, making him well-positioned to lead fiduciary mandates, manage entrusted funds responsibly, and align investment administration with both regulatory standards and development objectives.


Mr. Peter Etabu

Chief Financial Officer



Mr. Peter Etabu, Chief Financial Officer, an accomplished development leader and strategic executive with over two decades of experience shaping impactful programmes across Uganda and the wider East African region. He currently serves as Executive Director of Cheshire Services Uganda, where he provides visionary leadership, drives organisational growth, and strengthens systems that advance disability inclusion and community development.Peter’s career spans senior roles with Right To Play, African Revival, ActionAid International Uganda, and Concern Worldwide, where he led national programmes as Country Manager, Country Director, and Regional Policy Analyst, built high-performing teams, mobilised resources, and championed rights-based, community-driven development. His expertise includes programme strategy, participatory planning, policy analysis, fundraising, capacity building, and organisational governance.


Alongside his executive work, Peter has served as a consultant for organisations such as Capital Solutions, TOUCH Ministries, and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, supporting social enterprises, conducting regional trade research, and strengthening grant management systems.

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Lincoln University (Malaysia) and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and multiple specialised diplomas in management, leadership, and development practice.

Peter also contributes globally through volunteer leadership roles, including Global Chairperson – NGO Support at the World Spirit of the Game Foundation, and Regional and National Chair roles within its Africa and Uganda chapters.

Driven by a passion for inclusive development, strategic leadership, and community empowerment, Peter continues to influence policy, strengthen institutions, and inspire collaborative solutions that transform lives.


Ms. Ajilo Maria Goretti Elogu

Chief Operating Officer




Ajilo Maria Goretti Elogu is a seasoned governance leader, development specialist, and institutional management professional with over three decades of progressive experience in public service, parliamentary oversight, human resource management, and corporate governance. She is a Founder and Board Member of a consulting and management enterprise positioned to manage and administer investment funds and fiduciary mandates in Uganda and the wider East African region.

She holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University. Her academic grounding is reinforced by extensive professional certifications in human resource management, decentralization and governance, cooperative development policy, leadership, and institutional capacity building, obtained from reputable regional and international institutions.


Ms. Elogu served as a Woman Member of Parliament for Kaberamaido District, where she played a critical role in national oversight and accountability mechanisms. She served on key parliamentary committees, including the Public Accounts Committee (Central Government and Local Government) and the Education and Sports Committee, providing her with deep exposure to financial scrutiny, public resource management, policy compliance, and fiduciary accountability. She is also an active participant in regional and global policy platforms, including the Eastern Africa Parliamentary Forum, the Women Parliamentarians Forum, and the Climate Change Forum, with a focus on food security, sustainable development, and institutional resilience.

In the private sector, Ms. Elogu has held senior management and advisory roles in human resource management, general administration, and corporate welfare systems, including leadership positions at Uganda Cooperative Transport Union Ltd and consultancy roles through Abound Consult Ltd and other professional training institutions. Her work has involved organizational restructuring, manpower planning, policy development, staff welfare systems, incentive schemes, and governance advisory services for both public and private entities.

As a board member and founder, she brings strong competencies in fiduciary responsibility, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, compliance, and strategic decision-making. She is widely regarded for her integrity, prudence, and ability to manage institutional resources in alignment with donor requirements, trustee mandates, and international best practices.

Ms. Elogu is fluent in English and Kumam, with working knowledge of other Luo dialects, and is proficient in modern office and information management systems. Her leadership style is anchored in ethical stewardship, accountability, and long-term value creation, making her well-suited to oversee and safeguard investment funds entrusted for development and commercial purposes in emerging markets.


Mr. Chris Boswell

Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer


Chris Boswell is a Ugandan professional with multidisciplinary experience spanning aviation, healthcare sciences, corporate leadership, and humanitarian service. He is a highly motivated, dynamic, and adaptable individual with demonstrated capacity to operate effectively in demanding environments that require precision, discipline, leadership, and time management.

He holds a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, providing him with a strong foundation in scientific analysis, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards. In addition, he is a qualified commercial pilot, trained at FlyBy Aviation Academy in Spain, and has advanced to serve as a Flight Captain within the Uganda military Air Force Command, a role that reflects a high level of technical competence, operational responsibility, and leadership under pressure.



Beyond aviation and public service, Mr. Boswell is an entrepreneur and organizational leader. He is the Managing Director of Olipera Tours and Travel (Uganda), where he provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and business development leadership within the tourism and travel sector. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Memory for Helpless Children in Africa (MHC), a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and advancing humanitarian and community-focused initiatives.

Mr. Boswell is recognized for his strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills, as well as his ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while meeting strict timelines. His leadership approach combines discipline, adaptability, and service orientation, enabling him to contribute meaningfully across both commercial and social-impact organizations.
