Another Eco Glamping Resort will be located on Idjwi an inland island in Lake Kivu which forms part of South Kivu Province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Or visit Ssese Island in Kalangala district, Uganda where 66 acres have been reserved for an Eco Glamping Resort. 500 acres of agriculture land has been identified in Karugutu, 35kms from Fort-Portal City along Bundibugyo road and 70 acres of woodlands has been reserved for an Eco Glamping Resort in Western Uganda.
Eco Glamping is a form of tourism marketed as "responsible" travel, conserving the environment, and improving the well-being of the local people. The stated purpose may be to educate the traveler, to provide funds for ecological conservation, to directly benefit the economic development and political empowerment of local communities, or to foster respect for different cultures and human rights.
